Dr. Jeff Radford
Dr. Jeff Radford has a passion to serve and develop others. He is a recognized leader, published author, and speaker. Dr. Radford started his healthcare career as a Registered Nurse and continued his education which also includes a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership. He has a wealth of experience both in the clinical setting and in leadership including serving as a Regional CNO supporting the clinical departments of as many as 20 hospitals. He currently serves as the Regional Vice President for a National Health System where he supports the operations of 9 hospitals throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, South Carolina, and South Dakota. He is also the founder of Mercy Speaks, LLC where he uses this platform to develop other leaders and teach about a Leadership paradigm called Merciful Leadership.
Raymond Hall
Raymond is a highly decorated military veteran having received four Army Commendation Medals, nine Army Achievement Meals, two Humanitarian Service Medals, and two National Defense Service Medals. He is also a graduate of the Pepperdine University Graziadio Business School with a MBA and currently serves as a director on the United States Congressional Awards Board, the only charity of the United States Congress, and he is a Board Director at the Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School.
